The ESDR Future Leaders Academy in Dermatology is an annual event bringing together outstanding early-career scientists and leading experts from across Europe and beyond for an intensive 2.5-day meeting. The program supports young dermatologists in pursuing academic careers through mentorship, scientific exchange, and networking. Participants present their research, attend expert lectures, and build connections that extend beyond the event, with alumni continuing their engagement through the Future Leaders Symposium at the annual ESDR meeting.
